Is there finally reason to hope that the bee population can recover?

A different population of bees that are hardier is based in Puerto Rico. The hope is to bring them into mainland US with the prayer that they don’t fall to the same toxins and diseases faced by the bees already here. It’s a nice idea — if it works.
