This list should be a great reminder for me. A seam on my Save Your Back Bag gave way yesterday. I plan to take it to my local cobbler to fix.

what can you do to upgrade a condo? We installed solar panels and replaced all of of our windows and glass doors that cover 100% of our electricity, we also keep our temps at reasonable places.

Congratulations on the solar. If I could upgrade the thermostat to one that dropped at night, I’d do that. I do need to replace the toilets for low water versions. The windows are already upgraded but I could get blinds that would reflect heat in the summer. I have ceiling fans already that I use whenever I can instead of the A/C. I’ve added water throttles for the showers already. That’s the sort of little thing that’s possible. Nothing of course with changing outdoor plantings to be less water consumptive or getting rid of grass for local plants. I just keep prudence as a guideline.
