Things to not say to an older person who’s not as sharp as they were once

As I’ve gotten older, I’m well aware that I wasn’t as sharp at 60 as I was at 30. As I go beyond that, I realize the trend is not upward. Nonetheless, like every other older person, I want my dignity to be respected. The screenshot of the introductory paragraph is practically unreadable, and the slides not includable. Your best bet is just to click thru to the substance. This story is almost two years old but still totally relevant.
